Planning
Your
Party
To have Salon Bella Mia
host your private party, you
must
have a minimum of 4
guests ,with the number not
exceeding 10.
Time
& Date
You will need to select a
date and check with our
party coordinator to make
sure that we have your
desired date available. It
is best to schedule your
party one month prior to
your desired date. For sweet
sixteen parties, all
attendees under the age of
18 must have written consent
by their parent
or guardian.
Deposit
Once a date is picked, a
$250.00 non-refundable
deposit is required to
confirm and hold your party
date and time. The deposit,
excluding the applicable
hostess fee, will be applied
toward the party organizer's
spa services amount due.
Hostess
Fee
Salon Bella Day Spa will
provide a Hostess for the
duration of your party,
including scheduling of all
services, party preparation
and clean-up.
Hostess fees is
required. $75.00
Services
Upon scheduling, you will
have one week to select and
notify our party coordinator
of your spa service. Each
attendee is required to
schedule a minimum of
$100.00 in spa service. You
may choose from our party
packages or
customize from our spa menu.
Arrival
Time
The spa service schedule for
attendees will be carefully
organized prior to the
party. Spa service will
begin promptly Fifteen
minutes after the arrival
time. It is essential that
all party attendees arrive
at the scheduled
time.
Catering
Party attendees may bring in
cold food platters, and
adult beverages, or
children's drinks. Or we
will provide.
Payment
In order for us to move
efficiently and coordinate
your party, when
notifying us of your
selected services please
have your credit card ready.
Unless otherwise specified,
each attendee must reserve
their desired party package
with their own credit card.
No gift cards or discounts
may
be used to
pay for any portion of the
party. This includes gift
certificates.
Gratuity
A 20%
gratuity will be added to
each service performed.

Parties will be no less than
2 hours, but due to each
attendee having
personal packages that vary
in time, we are not able to
guarantee an end time
